What is the minimum order quantity?
Alabaster lighting is available from 1 piece, including customization. Travertine small wall and pendant lamps start at 50 pieces, and large pendants at 10 pieces. Sampling starts at 1 piece.
What is the production lead time?
Typical lead time is 45–50 working days. Confirm the schedule with our team for your order.
Can you support destination-market requirements?
Requirements are reviewed per model. Fixed pendant, wall and ceiling series have documented CE coverage; table and portable lamps are not covered. Finished fixtures are not UL/ETL listed; certified electronic components can be selected on request.
